Our society has become very litigious and you should not have to face this environment alone and risk your entire life savings. That's why professional liability is a must for all employees in the education field. Liability insurance gives you that piece of mind, knowing that you'll have someone to represent you and provide for your financial needs should it be necessary.

Liability Coverage & Limits

• "Coverage A" - Liability Coverage
  Up to $1,000,000 liability per occurrence plus attorney fees.
  
• "Coverage B" - Attorney Fee Reimbursement
  Up to $5,000 Attorney Fees reimbursement (actions not involving lawsuit)
   
• "Coverage C" - Bail Bonds
  Up to $1,000 premium on bail bonds

Additional Coverage

• $10,000 Accidental Death Benefit and Dismemberment (Coverage 24 hours a day, on or off the job)

This is only a summary of benefits and is not all inclusive nor does it waive or alter any of the actual policy conditions.

Who is Eligible
Whether you are a teacher, bus driver, cafeteria worker, central office staff, or administrator, you are eligible. Your coverage is guaranteed upon receipt of your application and premium.

Cost
This program is endorsed by the Texas Association of Community Schools (TACS). The cost for employees of school districts who are members of TACS is $45.00*. The cost for employees of school districts who are NOT members of TACS is $75.00*.

*$45.00 cost includes $27.00 insurance premium, $1.34 taxes, and $16.66 TACS administrative
and service fees.
*$75.00 cost includes $27.00 insurance premium, $1.34 taxes, and $46.66 TACS administrative
and service fees.

Policy Period
The policy period is September 1 through August 31. Your application must be received by September 1 for coverage to be effective September 1. Act now! Don't wait until it's too late.

The application process is as simple as A-B-C.

A - Just print and complete this short application. 

B - Attach a check for the appropriate amount.

C - Mail application and check to AIM, P.O. Box 742946, Dallas, TX 75374-2946

Tax Sheltered Annuities
TACS has endorsed AIM Pension Services to market 403(b) and 457 tax-sheltered annuity programs to member educators. Annuity programs through National Health Insurance company or other equitable accounts are available. All of our products are available through A rated* companies. (*Bests)

IRS Compliance Audits
AIM Pension Services, Inc. was created to service a growing need of association members needing assistance in bringing pension and benefit programs into IRS compliance. These services include the following:

AIM Pension Services will conduct, free of charge to TACS members, an audit of existing pension plans, provide audit findings and make the necessary recommendation to assure compliance with the Internal Revenue Service Code.
